Smith Micro Software has no access or control for Activation Issues with the Clip Studio Paint or Manga Studio applications. CLIP STUDIO PAINT 's online license activation system is operated by CELSYS. If you have issues activating, you will want to contact CELSYS Support.

* Smith Micro has done extensive testing of Moho on Windows 10, macOS 10.14, and macOS 10.13. Moho can be installed on older operating systems, but this is not recommended as there might be instabilities. Moho will not work on anything older than Windows 7 (version 6.1) or macOS 10.10. There are currently no details on an update or new version to support Mac OS 11. Smith Micro will only provide full technical support for issues on Windows 10, macOS 10.14, macOS 10.13, and limited support for Windows 7 issues.
** For high pixel density displays, minimum resolution will vary according to the operating system recommend scaling level. For example, if the OS recommends a scaling level of 200%, the minimum requirement may be as high as 2736x1824 resolution. Or if the OS recommends a scaling level of 150%, the minimum requirement may be as high as 2160x1440 resolution.
You have a choice between online and offline activation. You will have a seven-day grace period before activation becomes mandatory.

If you perform an online activation, Moho will require an activation refresh every 45 days. If you’re connected to the internet, this refresh will be done automatically. If you’re not connected to the internet at the refresh point, you will have a seven-day grace period before the refresh becomes mandatory. If you choose to do an offline (“manual”) activation, Moho will require an activation refresh every 180 days and you will have a seven-day grace period to perform this manual refresh.
During any seven-day grace period, you will only be able to use the Moho Debut feature set.The Moho license has a 'like a book' policy where Moho can be installed and activated on up to three devices or OS installations, but only one person can use the software at one time.
