Dark Appearance setting of macOS doesn't affect all of the User Interface

When you enable the Dark appearance theme of macOS using System Preferences > General, the theme is not applied on the following InDesign File menu dialogs that perform input and output operations. Instead, these dialogs are displayed in the Light theme.

InDesign and High Sierra macOS 10.13. As of September 25, 2017, macOS 10.13 High Sierra is publicly available for all Mac users to install. Adobe has discovered some compatibility issues listed below. If you encounter other issues using InDesign for Mac, send feedback to InDesign User Voice. You can also choose to submit feedback in InDesign through Help Submit Bug/Feature Request. Select a graphic from Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Bridge, Explorer (Windows), the Finder (Mac OS), or your desktop, and drag it into InDesign. The image must be in a format that InDesign can import. After dragging a file from any location other than Illustrator, it appears in the Links panel in InDesign. Restart the computer, and then hold down the Shift key immediately after you hear the startup tone. Release the Shift key when the Apple logo appears. 'Safe Boot' appears on the Mac OS X startup screen. Start the application. Choose InDesign Preferences Type (for InDesign), or InCopy.

When you launch InDesign, GPU Sniffer is docked in the dockbar along with InDesign. macOS considers it as a stand-alone application and displays separate icon for it in the dockbar.
